The FutoFab adjustable lower control arm is made of billet 6061-T3 aluminum. They are designed to be used with the stock ball joint and sway bar links and bolt to the chassis without modification. Please check that your ball joint mounting bolts are long enough. The mounting area on the FutoFab Adjustable LCA is much thicker than the original Datsun part.

The inner pivot point on the FutoFab's Z Car Adjustable LCA uses a polished chrome rod end with stainless steel high mis-alignment spacers. These are specially machined to use the stock control arm mounting hardware. Our Adjustable LCA's can be ordered with optional dust boots installed.

The FutoFab design allows for adjustment without having to remove the control arm. The adjuster has right and left hand threads. By loosening the jamb nuts and turning the adjuster the control arm will lengthen or shorten based on the direction the adjuster is turned.
